Crispy choco ball cake

Ingredientes
- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe
- 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
- FunCakes Flavour Paste White Choco
- FunCakes Crispy Choco Balls (multiple colours and combinations)
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- 360 ml water
- 320 g unsalted butter
- 6 eggs (approx. 300 g)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as indicated on the package. Grease the baking pan with bake release spray and spatula the batter into it. Bake the cake in about 30-35 minutes. Let the cake cool down by using a cooling grid.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package. Flavour the buttercream with the flavour paste.
Prepare 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie as indicated on the package and bake for about 40-45 minutes until done. After baking, let the cake cool down by using a cooling grid.
Cut the sponge cake and cake brownie both 2x with the cake cutter and stack them alternately on top of each other with a layer of buttercream in between. Coat the outside of the cake with a layer of buttercream so you can’t see the cake through it.
Put the remaining buttercream in a decorating bag and cut off a small tip. Stick the chocolate balls on the cake with a small dot of buttercream from the decorating bag.
