Brownie with Dip 'n Drip

Ingredientes
- 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Honey Gold
- FunCakes Dip 'n Drip White
- FunCakes Choco Drip Hot Pink
- 135 ml water
- 70 g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs (approx. 150g)

- Wilton Recipe Right® Baking Pan Squared 20x20cm
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Wilton Parchment Paper
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and place a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom of the baking pan.
Prepare 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie as indicated on the package and spoon it into the baking pan. Bake the brownie for about 40-45 minutes until done. Let the brownie cool down by using a cooling grid.
Put two generous tablespoons of FunCakes Dip ‘n Drip in a microwave-safe dish and heat in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Colour it with the Food Colour Gel Honey Gold and put it in a decorating bag. Cut off a decorating tip and zigzag it over the brownie.
Heat the FunCakes Choco Drip Hot Pink as indicated on the package and zigzag this over the brownie.
