Preparation

You can do two things! Prepare the cupcakes with the kids or in advance. If you don’t have enough baking mixers or equipment, it’s better to prepare the cupcakes beforehand. Also, don’t forget to whip up plenty of enchanted cream with lots of coloring. This is best made just before the party to ensure it’s fresh and ready for decorating fun.

How to make cupcakes

For 20-24 cupcakes:

• Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

• Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Divide the baking cups over the muffin pan and fill them with batter. Bake the cupcakes for about 20-23 minutes until light brown and cooked. Let cool on the countertop.

Do you want to make brownie or red velvet cupcakes?

• Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet Cake as indicated on the package. Place the baking cups in the muffin pan and fill the cups with batter. Bake the cakes in 18 – 20 minutes.

• Or prepare 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie according to the instructions on the package. Divide the baking cups over the muffin pan and spoon the batter into it. Bake the brownie cupcakes for about 18-22 minutes.

Party setup

Decorate your party area with cupcake-themed banners, tablecloths, and balloons. Set up tidy and well-stocked baking stations, and create a fun atmosphere with a lively playlist.
