Rezept von Princess cake

1

You make the crown 2 days in advance so it can dry properly. To do this, knead the sugar paste smoothly and roll it out into an oblong piece about 3 mm thick. Cut a crown from this with a sharp knife. Wrap, for example, a lemonade bottle with cling film and fold the crown around it. Glue the ends together with some edible glue. Push the tips down slightly.  When the crown is completely dry, paint the edges of the tips well with the metallic paint.

2

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and grease the baking pans with baking spray.

3

Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as indicated on the package. Divide this between the two baking pans and bake the cookies in about 30-35 light brown and cooked. Immediately after baking, dump them onto a cake rack and allow to cool.

4

Prepare 180 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package, season with the flavor paste and color it very light pink with the coloring gel.

5

Cut the cakes both with the cake saw 2x and fill with jam and Enchanted Cream®. Start and end stacking with a bottom of one cake. Between the two cakes, put a cake board cut to size and 3 dowels cut to size. Coat the entire outside with a nice layer of light pink Enchanted Cream®.

6

The cream what you have left you color to 2 portions in 2 shades darker pink. Put these creams in decorating bags with an adaptor and decorating tips #032.

7
First decorate the cake with nonpareils, throw them on from a distance. Then pipe several tufts with the 2 pink creams. From here continue decorating with the rods, pearls and sugar decorations
8

Put on 1 decorating bag with cream what you have left and a decorating tip #016. Put the crown on the cake and finish the bottom edge with a small scalloped edge.
