





Mini cakes with buttercream and spreads

Zutaten
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
- FunCakes Spreads of your choice, e.g. Crynchy Pistachio
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)
- Chopped pistachio nuts (or a different decration that matches the flavour of de spread)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C) and grease the baking pan with baking spray.
Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as indicated on the package. Spoon the batter into the baking pan and bake the sponge cake for approximately 30-35 minutes until lightly golden. After baking, turn the sponge cake onto a cooling rack and let it cool down.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package. Flavour the buttercream with a FunCakes Spread, adding as much as you like to suit your taste.
Slice the sponge cake into three layers using a cake leveller. Fill a decorating bag with decorating tip #1A with the buttercream and pipe small dots onto each layer, stacking them as you go. Pipe small dots along the top edge and sprinkle with some chopped pistachios.
