Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for convection oven).
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Line the bottom of the springform with parchment paper and secure the sides. Spray the inside of the pans with baking spray. Evenly divide the batter among the four pans and bake the cakes for about 25-35 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through. Let the cakes cool completely in the pans before carefully removing the sides and bottom.
Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package. Use a cake leveler to slice each cake horizontally in half and fill them with a layer of cream. Coat the outside of each cake with a thin layer of cream.
Knead the red sugar paste until smooth and roll it out on a work surface with FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cover one of the cakes with the red sugar paste. For the other cakes, use white, light pink, and dark pink sugar paste. Create the pink shades by colouring white sugar paste with pink food colour gel.
Cut out heart shapes in various sizes from the rolled-out sugar paste using cutters. Decorate the hearts with fun texts using the PME Fun Fonts and attach them to the cakes with edible glue.
Place a small amount of white Enchanted Cream® in a decorating bag fitted with a coupler and decorating tip #022. Pipe a decorative border along the top edge of the dark pink cake and sprinkle it with the FunCakes Sprinkle Medley or mini hearts.
Colour the remaining cream light pink and dark pink using food colouring. Fill two decorating bags with the coloured cream, each fitted with a coupler and decorating tip #022. Use these to pipe decorative borders on the other cakes. Finish them off with sprinkles or mini hearts for a festive touch.
