

Bear cookies with sprinkles
Bake these cute bear cookies with the FunCakes Mix for Cookies! Super easy to make and perfect for baking with kids or creating a sweet homemade treat.

Ingrédients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies
- FunCakes Flower Mix 60 g
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)
- Apricot jam

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the packaging, wrap it in cling film and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Knead the dough from the refrigerator well and roll it out on a work surface dusted with FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out teddy bear shapes. Place these on a baking tray and bake the cookies about 10-13 minutes until fully baked. Let the cookies cool flat on the counter.
Depending on the thickness of the dough, it may sometimes needs to be in the oven a little longer.
Heat the jar of apricot jam in the microwave and push it through a sieve with the rounded side of a spoon. You now have apricot jelly to spread on the cookies.
Decorate the cookies as desired with the flower mix, using apricot jelly or FunCakes Edible Glue as a glue.
