  • 400 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
  • 125 g FunCakes Chocolate Drops Dark
  • FunCakes Freeze Dried Fruit Banana cubes
  • FunCakes Bake Release Spray
  • 4 banana’s
  • 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
  • 200 g unsalted butter

Recette de Banana bread

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C), slide the cake pan to 24 cm and grease it with baking spray.

Put the 400 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes together with 200 g soft butter and 4 eggs in a bowl and mix to a smooth batter. Add the bananas in pieces and mix this through briefly. You may still see pieces of banana. Fold the FunCakes freeze dried banana pieces through the batter (and 125 g FunCakes Chocolate Drops Dark) and pour into the baking tin.

Bake the cake for about 60-70 minutes until light brown and done, then let it cool almost completely in the baking tin before letting it cool down on a cooling grid.
