Luxurious, stylish, and utterly irresistible – the Dubai Choco Bar is taking the chocolate world by storm! With this recipe, you can easily create these trendy bars at home. A crispy pistachio filling wrapped in a Deco Melts Choco layer, finished with a touch of metallic spray and chopped pistachios.

Ingredientes
- 750 g FunCakes Deco Melts Dark Choco Flavoured
- 2x FunCakes Crunchy Pistachio Spread
- FunCakes Metallic Spray Helder Goud
- Kadayif (Kunefe)
- Pistachios (finely chopped)

- Dr. Oetker Pastry Brush with Wooden Handle 19,5x2,4 cm
Melt some FunCakes Deco Melts Dark or Milk Choco Flavour in the microwave as indicated on the package.
Coat the inside of the mould with the melted Deco Melts and let it set in the fridge. Repeat this three times to create a firm layer.
Lightly toast the Kadayif in a pan with a knob of butter until golden brown, then mix it with the FunCakes Crunchy Pistachio Spread. Transfer the mixture to a decorating bag and snip off the tip. Fill the cavities of the mould with the pistachio mixture, ensuring it doesn’t rise above the mould’s edge! Seal the top with melted Deco Melts and let it set completely in the fridge.
Carefully remove the bars from the mould and spray a touch of FunCakes Metallic Spray for a luxurious finish. Place some melted Deco Melts in a decorating bag, cut off a small tip, and drizzle over the bars. Decorate immediately with chopped pistachios for the perfect finishing touch.
