Ingredientes
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- FunCakes Dip ’n Drip White
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Pink
- FunCakes Mini Marshmallows
- FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Pink
- FunCakes Rods XL Mat Pink
- FunCakes Ready to Use Ganache Dark Choco
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
- 2 gingerbread cookie men
- Candy canes

- Patisse Bundt pan Cast Aluminum 2 Ø24cm
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Spoon the batter into a bundt pan greased with Bake Release Spray. Bake the cake for about 60-65 minutes, then let it cool in the pan before turning it out onto a cooling grid.
Warm the FunCakes Dip ‘n Drip as indicated on the package and colour it pink. Pour it into a decorating bag, snip off the tip, and let the drip slide down the grooves of the cake. Immediately sprinkle the medley and rods on top.
Warm the ganache in the microwave as indicated on the package, then allow it to cool. Pour the ganache into the hollow center of the bundt cake. Sprinkle some marshmallows on top, and place gingerbread men and candy canes for decoration.
