Melt the FunCakes Deco Melts Dark Choco Flavour in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the countertop.
Pour the melted Deco Melts into a decorating bag and snip off a small tip. Fill the mould completely with Deco Melts, gently shaking the mould to release any air bubbles. Let it sit for about 1 minute, then turn the mould upside down over the baking paper to let the excess drip out. Scrape the top clean with a side scraper and place the mould in the fridge to set for 10-15 minutes.
Allow the Deco Melts on the parchment paper to harden, then return them to the bowl with the remaining melted Deco Melts.
Make six parchment paper decorating bags or use disposable decorating bags. Place a little flavoured spread in each bag and use them to fill the bonbons. Ensure the filling does not rise above the edges of the mould.
Tap the mould lightly on the table to smooth the filling.
Reheat the Deco Melts until they are liquid again, transfer to a decorating bag, and use it to seal the tops of the bonbons with a layer of Deco Melts. Let this set in the fridge for another 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove the bonbons from the mould.
