
Donuts with Spread and Cookie Crumbles

Ingrédients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Donuts
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
- FunCakes Spread Crunchy Black Cookies
- FunCakes Dip ‘n Drip White
- 415 ml water
- 60 ml vegetable oil (55 g)
- Crumbled Oreo cookies
- Granulated sugar

- Wilton Wide Glide Rolling Pin 50 cm
- Wilton Decorating Tip Round #1A
- Donut Cookie Cutter Ø9cm
- Deep fryer with vegetable oil
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Donuts according to the instructions on the packaging. Roll out the dough, on a sheet dusted with FunCakes Magic Roll-out powder, to a thickness of about ½ cm and cut out donut shapes. Place donuts on parchment paper and cover with a clean tea towel. Let this rest for 25 minutes.
Heat a fryer with vegetable oil to 180°C.
Prepare a plate with fine granulated sugar and deep-fry the donuts for about 90 seconds per side until lightly browned. Dip one side in granulated sugar and let them cool further on kitchen paper. Carefully cut the donuts in half.
Tip: You can also fry the small dough pieces from the donuts. Sprinkle them with icing sugar after frying for a delicious snack.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the packaging. Flavour it with FunCakes Spread Black Cookies. Place the buttercream in a piping bag fitted with nozzle #1A and pipe a ring of cream onto the donuts.
Separate a few oreo cookies and remove the white filling (this will not be used) and crumble the cookies
Heat a few spoonfuls of FunCakes Dip ‘n Drip in a bowl and dip the unsugared side of the donuts into it. Immediately sprinkle it with the cookie crumbs. Place the top half back on.
