Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and grease the baking pans with FunCakes Bake Release Spray.
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as indicated on the package on the package. Divide the batter over the pans and bake the cakes for approx. 30 minutes until golden. Place directly on a cooling grid and let the cake cool down.
Prepare 300 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and flavour with FunCakes Flavour Paste Lemon Meringue.
Cut the 15 cm and 10 cm cakes twice. Make sure the 20 cm cake is not higher than approx. 6 cm and cut this one once. Fill all layers with buttercream. Stack the two 15 cm cakes on top of each other with a thin layer of cream in between, optionally using a matching cake board. Cover all cakes with a thin coat of buttercream and let them set in the fridge.
Roll out FunCakes Sugar Paste Bella Blue to approx. 2-3 mm thick and cover all three cakes. Stack the cakes with cake boards and dowels.
Attach the sugar paste tiles with edible glue all around the bottom tier. Colour the remaining buttercream yellow.
Place the lemons on the cake as desired. Shorten the skewers if needed or remove them and stick the lemons with a bit of yellow buttercream.
Wrap the wires of the leaves and flowers with Dekofee Floral Tape Middle Green. Fill the PME Flower Pics with a piece of sugar paste and place them next to the lemons. Insert the flowers and leaves and arrange them nicely.
Finish the cake with small white blossoms, attached with a bit of FunCakes Edible Glue.
