- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and use the ingredients at room temperature.

Knead 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cookies, 150 grams of unsalted butter and 1 egg to a firm dough.

Let the cookie dough stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured flat (0,3 cm thickness) and cut out the cookies.

Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for approximately 12 minutes until golden.

Let the cookies cool down on a cooling grid and decorate as desired.
