Peanut brownie cake
What you need to make your peanut brownie cake:
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for American Brownie
- 200 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 3 eggs (approx. 150 g)
- A third can of condensed milk
- Half bag of Lonka
- Salty peanuts
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Parchment Paper
- PME Deep Square Pan 22.5 x 22.5 x 7.5cm
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).
Put 200 ml whipped cream in a bowl and heat in the microwave until boiling. Add the chocolate in one go and stir well until there are no more lumps in it and the chocolate is completely absorbed. Put this in the fridge to stiffen. Stir well from time to time.
Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Mix for American Brownie according to the instructions on the package. Spray the mold with baking spray, put the batter in the mold and bake the brownie for about 35 minutes. Let it cool down in the baking pan and then put it in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
Fold the ganache over the cold brownie and put it back in the fridge. Heat the Lonka au bain-marie in a bowl. Add the condensed milk au bain-marie and stir until the lonka is completely absorbed and you get a nice smooth sauce. Gently fold this over the top of the ganache onto the brownie. Immediately sprinkle with peanuts and return to the fridge until ready to use.
