Giant chocolate chip cookie

What you need to make your giant chocolate chip cookie:
- 750 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies
- FunCakes Chocolate Chunks Milk
- 225 g unsalted butter
- 1,5 egg (approx. 75 g)
- Jar of Nutella
- Cling film
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- FunCakes Magic Roll-out Powder
- Wilton -Wide Glide- Rolling Pin
- Patisse springform 25cm
Prepare 750 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package. Knead as much of the Chocolate Chunks through the batter as you like. Cover it with cling film and let it set in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (convection oven 140°C).
Divide the dough in two parts, place one part in the baking pan and push it a bit with your fingers so it fits right. Lubricate a thick layer of Nutella on top of it. Roll the batter out on a work surface covered with magic roll-out powder, push it a bit around the edges and put it in de baking pan. Bake the cookie in a for about 50-60 minutes.
