Coconut brownie cake
It’s a party wherever you can make a brownie! Make several cake layers with the brownie and cupcake mix and cover with buttercream and sprinkles and coconut as icing on the cake!
What you need to make your coconut brownie cake:
- 360 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 125 g FunCakes mix for Buttercream
- FunCakes Flavor Paste White Choco
- FunCakes Mini hearts Pink-White-Red
- 240 ml of water
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 50 g coconut
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- Bag of grated coconut
- FunCakes Cake Drum Round
- Wilton Cake Easy Layer Pan Round
Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 360 g of FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie according to the instructions on the package. Fill 3 layers with the batter.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes according to the instructions on the package and add the grated coconut. Fill 2 layers with the batter and bake all 5 layers in the center of the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Prepare 125 g of FunCakes Mix for Buttercream according to the instructions on the package. Add the coconut and the white chocolate flavor. Mix it for about 10 minutes to a smooth cream.
Put the first layer of brownie on a cake drum and spread a layer of buttercream on the brownie. Place a layer of cake on top and cover it with the cream as well. Repeat this with all layers. Decorate the cake with the hearts and coconut.
