Banana bread is a slightly moist, sweet and cake-like bread that is baked without yeast. Banana bread is a healthier option for a cake and slightly different.
What you need to make banana bread:
- 1 tsp FunCakes Flavour Paste -Vanilla-
- 1 tsp FunCakes Baking Soda
- 195 g FunCakes Pastry Flour Deluxe
- 240 grams melted butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 egg (approx. 50 g)
- Pinch of salt
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Recipe Right® Loaf Pan 23,4 x 13,3 cm
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).
Mash 4 bananas with a fork or use a blender. Melt 240 grams of butter and mix this through the banana mixture with 200 grams of sugar, 1 egg, teaspoon of vanilla flavour paste and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. At last mix 195 grams of FunCakes Pastry Flour through the banana mixture. Grease the baking pan and fill a greased baking pan with batter. Bake the banana bread in the middle of the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes.
