Mix for Dark Choco Cake
Easily make with this Special Edition mix from FunCakes a delicious dark cake with chocolate flavour! Serve this choco cake with a cup of coffee, for a high tea or as dessert.
Special Edition Mix for Dark Choco Cake
Sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder (skimmed, 9%), modified starch, starch (potato, tapioca), raising agent: E450, E500, starch (rice), salt, emulsifier: E475 (palm, rapeseed), E471 (palm, rapeseed), flavouring.

Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C).
Ingredients need to be at room temperature
Mix 180 g of (cream) butter soft. Add 400 g of Special Edition Mix for Double Choco Chip Cookies, 4 eggs (200 g) and 25 ml water and mix on low speed for 4 minutes to a stiff batter.
Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 60 minutes.
Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
Tip: you can also make chocolate flavoured cupcakes with this mix. Bake them in approx. 18-20 minutes.
