Mix for Chocolate Ganache
Simply prepare a delicious chocolate ganache with a dark intense flavour with this handy ready to use FunCakes mix.
Special Edition Mix for Chocolate Ganache
Powdered chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa powder (skimmed), natural vanilla flavouring) (75%), cocoa butter (10%), cream powder (milk, lactose), milk powder (whole).
For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy and lupin.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Mix 200 g of Special Edition Mix for Chocolate Ganache with 80 ml of water in a bowl suitable for the microwave.
One serving of ganache is enough for filling and covering one 20 cm cake, or decorating of approx. 15 cupcakes.
Melt at ca. 900W and stir well every 10-15 seconds.
You can also replace the water with liqueur to create new flavours.
Stop heating when the ganache completely melted.
Keep stirring until the ganache is smooth.
Pour the ganache directly over your cake or let it stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
For filling and covering mix the ganache 1 minute at high speed before further processing.
Tip: add butter to the chilled ganache to create chocolate buttercream.
