Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

Put the mix, butter, egg and water in a bowl.

Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes to a smooth dough.

Make a roll of the dough of Ø 5 cm and wrap it in plastic foil.

Tip! You can also store this roll in the freezer. That way you always have delicious cookies at stock that only need to be baked.
Let the dough set for an hour in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 150°C).

Cut the roll of dough into slices with a thickness of 2 cm.

Place the dough slices on a with baking paper covered baking plate with 5 cm distance between each other.

Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 13-16 minutes.
