

Mix for Cake Blondie
All the goodness of the brownie, but in the form of a blondie! This cake blondie is moist, has a nice vanilla flavour and goes with everything. Bake it with white chocolate chunks and add a drizzle to finish it off!
Mix for Cake Blondie
Sugar, wheat flour, milk powder (whole), glucose syrup (dried), vegetable oil and fat (turnip), starch (potato), modified starch, salt, raising agent: E500, flavouring.

Store in a cool, dark place.

For this cake, use 500 g mix, 2.5 eggs (125 g), 50 g butter and 100 ml water.

Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

Melt the butter in a pan.

Put the melted butter, mix, eggs and water in a bowl.

Mix on low speed for 3 minutes until you have a smooth batter.

Grease a baking pan (20×20 cm) with Bake Release Spray and cover with baking paper. Fill the baking pan with batter.

Bake the cake blondie in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.

After baking, let the cake blondie cool down on a cooling grid.
