Do you love banana? Do you love toffee? Then you love banoffee! With this mix we are bringing this classic combination from the British kitchen to your own kitchen! A mixture for Banoffee Cake to which you only have to add butter, eggs and a fresh banana. Do you like to take it next level? Add a caramel topping to be sure to get addicted.
Mix for Banoffee Cake
Sugar, wheat flour, glucose syrup (dried), vegetable oil and fat (palm, shea), emulsifier: E471, E472b, E477, E322 (soy), raising agent: E450, E500, salt, natural flavouring, milk powder (skimmed), flavouring, milk (skimmed, condensed), thickener: E415, colour: E160b.

- 400 g (F10200)
Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

For a 25 cm cake, use 400 g of mix, 4 eggs (200 g), 200 g soft (cream) butter and a banana.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 145°C).

Put the mix, eggs and butter in a bowl.

Mix with a flat beater for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter.

Mash a banana using a fork.

Add the mashed banana to the batter and stir well.

Grease a 25 cm baking pan with Bake Release Spray.

Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake until golden in the centre of the oven for approx. 60-65 minutes.

Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
