

Mix for Almond Cake
A delicious cake with the rich taste of almonds. You make it yourself with this Mix for Almond Cake from FunCakes. The full flavour of this cake is delicious anytime, but especially good on a chilly autumn afternoon. Add some almond flakes on top and those rainy days suddenly aren’t that bad anymore. Sugar, wheat flour, starch (wheat), emulsifier: E471, E470a, E472e, E472b, E482, E477, raising agent: E500, E450, E341, maltodextrin, milk powder (skimmed), vegetable oil and fat (coconut, sunflower), wheat gluten, salt, thickener: E415, E466, maltmix (glucose syrup, barley syrup, malt extract), preservative: E202, flavouring, modified corn starch, natural flavouring.

Store in a cool, dry place.

- 400 g (F10220)
Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

For this cake use 400 g mix, 4 eggs (200 g) and 240 g butter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

Put the mix, eggs an butter in a bowl.

Put a (flat) beater on your mixer.

Mix at low speed for 3-4 minutes to a smooth batter.

Grease a 25 cm cake pan with FunCakes Bake Release Spray.

Prefer a round cake? You can also fill a Ø20 cm round baking pan with this amount of batter.
Fill the baking pan with the batter.

Bake the cake in the oven for approx. 60-70 minutes.

Release the cake from the baking pan immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
