Candied Lemon Zest
The candied lemon zest from FunCakes gives a delicious fresh lemon flavour to cookies and cakes. For example, prepare lemon cupcakes or limoncello cake with it, or add a bit to butter cake or shortbread. The taste of the candied lemon zest is more intense than that of lemon juice. You simply add the candied lemon zest to your batter per teaspoon. Two teaspoons of lemon zest equals the zest of 1 lemon.
