Bread Improver Brown

Improve your bread quality and keep your bread longer fresh with the Bread Improver Brown. It contains ingredients that have a positive effect on the bread dough making it easier to handle and process. It offers a delicious and softer crumb. It is versatile in application. The bread improver has a light brown colour and a neutral flavour.

Bread Improver Brown

wheat flour, barley malt, wheat gluten, emulsifier: E481, E471, vegetable oil and fat (palm), sugar (burnt), soy flour, glucose syrup (dried), enzymes, milk protein, flour treatment agent: E300, E920.
